Meet Kaitlin

Hello, my name is Kaitlin Stallings. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana, and I’m passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals learn how to move beyond survival mode with their mental health. I especially love helping clients process and grow after experiences like the late diagnosis of ADHD or Autism. The majority of my practice focuses on improving executive functioning, building supportive systems, strengthening social confidence, and supporting clients in advocating for their needs at school, at work, and in healthcare. I also love seeing clients grow to find more fulfilling careers with improved work-life balance since this greatly impacts wellness.

My approach involves sharing psychoeducation to empower clients through knowledge and new skills. I save helpful information in multiple formats like books, videos, podcasts, handouts, and even memes to share and discuss. I use an integrative therapeutic approach including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Compassion-Focused, Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
